Job Description

A reputable water production company is seeking a proactive, customer-focused and results driven Sales Relationship Manager to join its team in the Ajah- Sangotedo area of lagos. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to ensure effective customer service, timely order processing and the successful promotion and distribution of company`s product.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunity to increase revenue and expand the company`s customer base.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Sales reporting.

Requirements

A Bachelor`s degree (BSc) or HND in relevant field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
