Job Description

A reputable partner company is seeking hardworking, dedicated, and detail-oriented individuals to fill the position of Culinary Department Worker in Italy. The successful candidates will assist with food preparation, presentation, packaging, and general cleaning duties within the culinary department. Applicants should be willing to work in a fast-paced food service environment, maintain high standards of hygiene, and follow workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepare salads, fish, meat, and vegetable dishes according to workplace standards.
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Arrange and display food products attractively for sale.
Package food items properly for sale and distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, workstations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
Ensure ingredients and food products are handled and stored appropriately.
Support other culinary department activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in Italian and English.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts where required.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
Willingness to perform food preparation, packaging, and cleaning duties.
Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or culinary environment may be an advantage.

Benefits

Monthly Salary: €900–€1,100.
Accommodation: Company-provided dormitory accommodation. Utilities are paid according to the applicable tariff.
Food: One meal provided during each work shift.
Contract: One-year employment contract, with the possibility of extension.
Working Schedule: 10–12 hours per day, 5.5 days per week.
Shift Starting Time: Begin at 5:30 AM; night shifts are also available.
Travel Ticket Cost: Refundable after four months, with a return ticket paid for at the end of the contract.
