UI/UX Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs into responsive, interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build reusable UI components and maintain a living component library
• Implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with designers during the handoff process to ensure design fidelity
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent experiences
• Optimise frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and image optimisation
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feasibility feedback
• Stay current with frontend development trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong design portfolio
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)
• Proficiency with Figma — ability to inspect designs and understand design systems
• Experience with React or Vue.js for building interactive UIs
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodology
• Knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations)
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
