Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for the health tech platform
• Conduct user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals and patients
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library
• Design intuitive workflows for appointment booking, telemedicine, and health records management
• Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum)
• Iterate on designs based on user testing data and analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex, data-rich applications
• Understanding of human-centred design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience with design systems and component-based design workflows
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with healthcare or fintech design patterns is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
