Job Description

TekishHealth is expanding its tech talent recruitment arm and needs a driven Direct Sales Agent to connect top Nigerian tech talent with leading healthcare and technology companies. You will be at the forefront of our recruitment sales efforts, identifying companies that need skilled tech professionals and pitching our recruitment services. This is a commission-heavy role with uncapped earning potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect companies in need of tech talent recruitment services
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our tech recruitment solutions to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with available talent
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or tech services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian tech ecosystem and talent landscape
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
