Job Description

Lonzec Technologies is a fast-growing provider of enterprise software solutions and managed IT services. We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our technology sales expansion across West Africa. In this senior role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for our suite of enterprise technology products including cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and custom software development. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who can build relationships with C-level executives and position Lonzec as the go-to technology partner for enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for technology services
  • Identify and target enterprise-level clients across banking, telecom, and government sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and manage contract lifecycle end-to-end
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solution presentations
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue projections
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand market reach
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales playbook development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology or IT services
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth ₦10M+
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian enterprise technology landscape
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales analytics
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in Lagos business community
  • BSc in Business, Marketing, or a technical field; MBA is a plus
